How do weekly orders work?
Pre-Orders
Sunday – Thursday
Orders close at 6:00 PM each Thursday.
Saturday Pickup
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lathrop, California
The exact pickup address will be included in your order confirmation receipt.
Missed the Pre-Order Window?
A limited selection of desserts will be available for purchase during Saturday pickup hours on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Where are you located?
Crumb House is a home-based bakery located in Lathrop, California. All orders are made fresh to order and are available for local pickup. The exact pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery for an additional delivery fee based on your location.
- Weekly Collection: Available for Saturday pickup (9:00 AM–12:00 PM) or local delivery.
- Custom Creations: Delivery and pickup options are available based on your event date and location.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I customize weekly flavors?
No. Our Weekly Collection is thoughtfully curated and is available only as listed each week. If you’re looking for specific flavors or a personalized assortment, we’d be happy to create a custom order just for you. Please visit our Custom Creations page for more information.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because every order is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final.
- Weekly Collection: Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the order deadline (Thursday at 6:00 PM). Once ordering closes and baking begins, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted.
- Custom Creations: Cancellations are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your event date and planning time.
- If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We want every customer to have a wonderful Crumb House experience and will always do our best to make things right.
